Kat offers diverse experience from industries like technology, finance, non-profit and with a majority her time in leadership and higher education.

In her leadership role at academic institutions, she developed career services content for assessments, resume writing, internship placement, interview preparation and job search strategies. She partnered with employers to source, screen and recruit qualified candidates for internships and entry-level positions. As an education consultant her career coaching expertise is a value add to help students in identifying their strengths, interests and values to align with potential career paths and opportunities and related major/degree options.
