Kay Wigton McBrearty

Kay brings a unique lens to coaching, including 19 years in the corporate world prior to pursuing career coaching, her true calling, over a decade ago. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where she later served on the Dean’s Advisory Council for Mendoza College of Business and currently serves as a career coach for the Alumni Association.

Kay has interviewed, hired, managed, mentored, and coached thousands of candidates throughout her career.

Kat Pellegrino, MBA

Kat offers diverse experience from industries like technology, finance, and non-profit, and with a majority her time in leadership and higher education. She has partnered with employers to source, screen and recruit qualified candidates for internships and entry-level positions.

She has a keen understanding of the needs and goals of her clients through her engaging and upbeat personality and the ability to stay agile and fluid.
