Kay has been helping clients understand their “internal compass” to launch or pivot their careers with curiosity, intention and alignment since 2005 when she founded Waterville Partners, a boutique consulting firm. She began working with Strategies for College in 2023 to share her insights with high school students as they began selecting majors, colleges, or post high school adventures. She leverages her broad experiences, including corporate leadership roles in operations, strategy, innovation, and college relations to offer a unique lens to clients.
As a graduate from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, she currently serves as a career coach for the Alumni Association. As the mother of two college students, she has witnessed firsthand countless transitions. Across her private practice and corporate endeavors, she has interviewed, hired, managed, mentored and coached thousands of candidates. Her enthusiasm and positivity are refreshing during a transition process that can be both exciting and stressful.
