Kay has a passion for helping clients understand their “internal compass” to launch or pivot their careers with curiosity, intention, and alignment. Her enthusiasm and positivity are refreshing during a transition process that can be both exciting and stressful.
Kay brings a unique lens to coaching, including 19 years in the corporate world prior to pursuing career coaching, her true calling, over a decade ago. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where she later served on the Dean’s Advisory Council for Mendoza College of Business and currently serves as a career coach for the Alumni Association.
Kay has interviewed, hired, managed, mentored, and coached thousands of candidates throughout her career.
